Our Team


Sean Curts


Sean Curts is a Licensed Realtor and member of the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors serving the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley, and Moorpark since 2006. He is a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has sold over 300 homes since 2006, one of the best Teams at Pinnacle Estate Properties company wide. He currently  lives and has lived in the Conejo Valley for 35 years and is involved in many local charities including the Big Brother Big Sister, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He received his Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.


Jennifer Lindsey


Jennifer Lindsey was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California. She attended Thousand Oaks High School and our local Moorpark College, where she received a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Real estate first peeked her interest while her mother was studying for her real estate exam. After seeing all the different avenues you can do with real estate and with the generations of construction in the family, she had decided to join the real estate board herself.  With Jennifer’s high ethical standards with being honest and hardworking, she will do absolutely everything in her power to ensure her client’s success.


Kristi Turner


Kristi Turner is a Southern California native with over 14 years of real estate experience specializing in the Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and the San Fernando Valley. Through the years Kristi has been involved with multiple housing market changes giving her an in-depth understanding of the effects of the market. Through Kristi’s expertise, integrity, dedication, honesty and client communication, her commitment is to serve her clients above all else. Kristi is Short Sale and Foreclosure resource certified and has successfully negotiated and closed many short sales and bank owned properties. She is a member of NAR, CAR, and the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors.


Robert Steere


Robert grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After graduating high school he joined the US Navy as a Seabee, the Navy’s construction force. During his 10 years of serving while stationed in Ventura County Robert learned all aspects of construction; from construction management, blue print reading, rough framing, and finish carpentry. Along with great knowledge of construction, he acquired a “Can Do” attitude that drives him to work though any obstacle as failure was never an option. After ending his active duty service, he continued his community service as a Police Officer for several years in the City of Santa Paula. Robert married his wonderful wife Ashley and has two amazing little girls. His hobbies include cars, running, and is a certified open water scuba diver and enjoys fishing off the coast of California. Robert is a high-energy agent who demands the best of himself, providing an unparalleled level of service for his clients.


Kirsten Brinkman

Executive Assistant

Kirsten is from Boca Raton, Florida and received a Bachelors Degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016. After moving across the country to Westlake Village in 2017, she worked at Four Seasons and practiced the highest quality of customer service. Real Estate has always been a passion of hers and she decided to get licensed and pursue this career. As a licensed Realtor with growing knowledge and guidance, Kirsten has excelled and has helped Sean to exceed clients expectations. As Sean’s executive assistant, her duty is to assist with all aspects of the Real Estate Transaction: from creating advertisement, posting photos, planning open houses, events, scheduling property tours, inputting all necessary information into clients’ databases, to regularly updating and maintaining communication with clients, agents, title, and lenders, to assisting all needs for the team; from scheduling client appreciation parties, to making sure all transactions go smoothly with no problems that may arise.


Julia Louisa Rick

Administrative Assistant

British born, Julia is half Greek-Cypriot/ Hungarian & English/Australian. She was raised in a Military Family and understands the essence of relocating to different countries and embracing their culture & traditions. Julia achieved her Banking & Finance Degree whilst in the USA and worked in Swaps & FRA Markets during the booming 80’s. At this time, she opened her own party planning company in the UK called “Event Creators”. Due to her creative professionalism and hard work, Julia moved her business to Pafos, Cyprus. After noticing an avenue to expand her business she produced and created her own “Talk Show” called simply “Julia” with Pafos TV. This became the vehicle for all Expat businesses to air their products and services to the local consumers. Julia’s Charitable side evolved whilst helping the young wannabe actors & actresses to embrace their creative path by helping to organize & teach acting classes at the local schools.
